As of v0.9.5.0
Only the host of an event type can receives booking new/reschedule/cancel notifications.
Email address of the host admin will be taken from WP Users section where all bookings related mails will be sent.
As of now, either we have to change that admin's email address or we have to change the host who has desired email.
